SEC was founded in 1955 by Mr John Rubython, the small electrical business worked as a subsidiary to a much larger engineering company (Service Engineering Company) hence the 'SEC'. In the early 1980's two former apprentices (Jeff Mayo and Ian Shepperdson) oversaw a split from the main company and started working on 'niche' contracts within the Aggregates and Quarrying Sector.
SEC Electrical Ltd manufacture control panels and control systems for industrial control to our customers' specific requirements. This covers a wide range of applications from a basic motor inverter panel, through to the control of a concrete block batching plant with recipes and full batching history.
We offer a 24/7 Emergency Electrical call-out & machine breakdown service, primarily for manufacturing, industrial and residential care home clients. Our aim is to get your business back up and running in the shortest possible time after an electrical fault. Our engineers are fully qualified electricians who specialise in fault finding and repairs.
There are around a dozen deaths and 40,000 injuries each year due to incidents where workers have been using machinery with poorly maintained or missing guards. With modern safety systems, SEC provide maximum levels of safety without compromising performance levels. Find out how we can help you with your project by calling 01604 756637 or emailing us today.
