Just a note to say how pleased we are with both new floors (limestone in the kitchen and engineered oak for the rest of the ground floor at our house). Quite frankly it looks beautiful and has completely transformed the place. Additionally the fitters were excellent particularly the one who fitted the oak.

Oversized floors are wider and longer than traditional flooring and suit the current trend of open plan living. A standard wooden plank is roughly 2 metres by about 20 cms and this means rooms which are long or wide just do not get the full aesthetic benefit of a engineered wooden flooring. At Pietra Wood & Stone, we offer an extensive collection of stone in a range of sizes and finishes. A selection can be seen in our gallery. Stone is generally a type of floor covering carved out from natural solid rock which, unlike other types of flooring, improves with age. We can supply and install bespoke pieces such as staircases, swimming pool copings and designer led surfacing.
