At Exe Windows Doors and Conservatories all of our products and installations are covered by our insurance backed 10 year guarantee provided by Quality Assured National Warranties QANW. They are a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and the Financial Ombudsman Service. This means that in the unlikely event that something should go wrong, you are covered, even if the business itself were to cease trading.
No more than half the area of land around the "original house"* would be covered by additions or other buildings. Single-storey rear extension must not extend beyond the rear wall of the original house* by more than three metres if an attached house or by four metres if a detached house. These increased limits (between 3m and 6m and between 4m and 8m respectively) are subject to the neighbour consultation scheme.
