Our company have had multiple issues with Tpad. When joining them we explained our needs and they assured us they had the right telephone system for us. It has been a total disaster from day one. The audio on the line constantly goes off so that we cannot hear our customers, the internet drops off and i cannot stress enough what a detrimental impact this has had on our business. For 14 months our telephone lines have been completely unreliable. Their customer service is terrible we have been fobbed off for over 12 months with all kinds of excuses. For your own business sake do not use this company
