Ordered fencing 3 weeks in advance. On the day no nails were supplied had to pick some up from another supplier. Then discovered wrong size fencing had been delivered called shop and told they would collect and redeliver correct order, turned up at 12 (lost half a days work) only to discover wrong arris rail had been delivered called shop again and told shop 4 people had taken day off work to build fence and a very sarcastic man said it doesn't take 4 people to build a fence (we are not professional fence erectors). Correct order eventually arrived at 4pm, too late in day to start and 4 people

Good priced great quality timber, more for contractors but I went and was just general public. Best to check the website first so you know what you want. Weird drive in system, pay in cabin then you get a yellow ticket for helpers to get your stuff. Overall good experience just different to the standard b&q way if shopping. Ps the photo is not them installed but propped up so you can see the quality.

I tried to ring and place an order for delivery but one one picked up the phone for two days just rang through to a full answering service.
So I went to store instead sat in a queue for 1 hour which I expected then when I was in the shop I was being rushed with my order and spoken to with attitude once I made payment had to wait 25 minutes to get through the next gate when I handed my receipt to the man on the gate he asked me if I knew where the product was kept ive never been there before so how would I know.but he was a nice man who found it for me quite quickly.
