Excellent reliable service. Andrew was very knowledgable, smartly dressed and polite. He explained what he was doing and applied the insecticide to all the places he could detect the pests. A second treatment was applied a week later to be sure the nest had been eliminated.
Pleased to say that we have had no more trouble.

After using this company I found out that they were not a pest control company at all, rather a call centre who took jobs and passed them onto a local firm who would have charged £100 less if I had charged them directly! They gave me a price to treat a wasps nest but when the chap turned up to treat the nest he told me that they had been called by ‘Newcastle Pest Controller’ (a call centre with no knowledge of pest control not a pest control company).
I paid more than £100 than I would have paid had I paid the company who treated the nest directly.

I came home with from grocery shopping one morning to find that there was a mouse in my kitchen. I was very distressed and i'm very thankful that a technician came within a couple of hours. He found and blocked the access point that the mouse had to and from my house. I'm glad to say that there has been no sightings since!
