Purchased a new front door from them just over a year ago and every time the rain hits it, we have a mini stream and flood in the house. To be fair they fixed the first problem the leaky windows but we still have on going problems with the letter box which was replaced a couple of weeks ago. Hard to get hold of and feels like they don't care once they have your money.

They came round to look at the property to give me a quote. I was promised a quote the next day. Nothing came after several follow-ups with the sales rep and with the office, still nothing. That was over a month ago and I still haven't heard back from them. Disappointing is an understatement.

Karl at Tru-Plas seemed really helpful at first, spoke very knowledgably about our project, seemed keen to take on the works, promised to come back with a quote that evening, said he'd have a look at other elements of the house that needed work. Chased him a few times but never heard from him again. Disappointing service all round.

Excellent quality Windows and the installation was first class. We had a couple of minor snags, not in any way Tru-plas' fault but these were dealt with very promptly.
The Window fitter arrived on time each day and worked very hard. We are over the moon with the quality of the installation and the overall quality of the windows and doors.
A very happy customer.

Beware of after sales service!
Very disappointing after sales experience (or complete lack thereof). Had new uPVC front door and a few windows installed 4-5 years ago. Contacted them re. front door letterbox lid that had rusted badly.
- Began with a short telecon and per their request I sent a photo via email so they could track a replacement down. Was informed it would need to be a whole replacement 'box', not just the lid.
- I had to chase them approx. 3 weeks later. It had become apparent to me they'd done nothing (they asked me to send a pic, I reminded them I already
