Needed some linoleum and found some in the sale. Staff helpful. Got a good stock of carpets etc.

I wouldn't recommend this company after my experience. I had the whole house carpeted including stairs so a big job. The instore service was fine however the fitting was another matter. The carpet had visible seams and just was not fitted to the standard expected, far from. The mess that was left was just ridiculous along with metal shards all over the floor. I had to bag up 6 binliners worth of mess. After paying 2k I was offered £50 back as an apology, followed by another £50 after persistently moaning.

Kidderminster carpets customer service is outstanding, 5 stars are not enough and their fitting team are top drawer. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Thank you for your great service.

I was shocked when the carpet was fitted to how comfortable it was under my feet as well as with our two children who manage to accidentally drop bits of food on the carpet on how easy it is to clean with just a cloth, the staff at Kidderminster were spot on with talking to us as well as listening to our requirements (we asked for as little chemicals to be used as well as helping with our isolation during Covid-19 oh and for a matted area by the front door), with payment of 50% with our order and 50% on completion everything went smoothly even with any questions we had the staff went out of their

What we like is not to be pounced on we were told when we we ready give the staff a shout that's we did. Ordered our carpet with a date that suited us they sent a carpet fitter around to make sure of size needed really friendly. Paid a deposit and will pay the rest on the date of fitting. Can definitely recommend this carpet company in the town of kidderminster.
