I know they have a job to do and it's a noisy one. But the endless shouting, swearing, smoking, burping and singing profanities were not warranted. Very unpleasant and disruptive, and rude when I asked them to desist from some of the above. I recommend you only hire these jokers if you really dislike your neighbours.
