Called out for a simple drain unblocking I've had others do in under an hour. 3 hours later the 'engineer' left with no explanation after taking an angle grinder to the jet wash he'd got stuck down a drain on the main road that has nothing to do with our property. Wasn't fixed until the following day which ruined our weekend. When I asked for a discount because of the poor service I was told it was a 'gesture of good will' they weren't billing me for a new jet wash! Avoid like the plague.

Worst company for call out - over charged- never answer the phone - the engineer was great and did do the job however I would not use the company again and have told friends and family to avoid at all cost - also charged me 2 hours for a job that took 1 hour 3 mins ! i would understand if it was 1 hour 25 or 30 but 3 i did pay but would never use again i would recommend CSS

Asked for a toilet repair on a Saturday, no quote given. Arrived and didn’t seem to know exactly what they needed to do. Left the property twice to ‘get parts’ yet still didn’t finish the job. Put the toilet back but left a mess and the lid of the cistern in the sink. Advised us to use pans to wash away the waste and he’d be back on Monday. Left one part at the property. When we contacted to complain, we were told even if we cancelled we’d have to pay in full whether we cancelled or not. The total invoiced was over £150.no paperwork given to sign.

I had a previous quote from another drainage specialist of £3000 for drains replacement so I contacted TT for a quote and they did the job and an extra 1meter for £1194. The guys were on time, helpful by taking pictures for me though out the process and left me back garden in a tidy state after removing and replacing all the old grounds.
I will be using them again for my rental property business and highly recommend them.
