I am absolutely shocked at the communication skills from the manager of the company “Zara”.
I received a phone call this morning while at work stating that one of her staff members had attended my property on Saturday while no one was home and couldn’t find any issue. I began to explain I was home all day on Saturday and no one attended my property. Zara then began to change the tone in her voice and speak over me while I was trying to explain the issue.
Ive been battling having wasps in my bathroom every morning. I also have two children who are scared to get a morning shower.

I had a really a horrendous problem with rats outside my flat. There were several rats scurrying around the bin area every time i went to take the rubbish out (due to my neighbours inability to close the buffer bins!). Kevin and Sara at Surekill were very friendly and reassuring. They came around promptly and found where the rats were living. Two weeks of poison later.... no more rats!

Fantastic professional service. Rats were getting into the wall cavities via a hole in the neighbours house. Surekill dealt with everything and spoke with the neighbour to get them on board with the issue, and got them to consult with their landlord to get the hole blocked up. They have pencilled in a follow up call to lay the poison and also check with the neighbour to ensure the landord will fill in the hole and prevent them coming back. Great service.
