Griff Davies is based in New Quay specialising in Architecture, Restoration, Project Management and community project. I take a pride in delivering a complete and dedicated service, whilst adding value to our clients projects.
I commenced my working life employed by the County Architect's Department for three different authorities and later the County Planning Department for two different authorities in the Design and Conservation section which resulted in me being the Building Conservation Officer for the County Planning Department for Ceredigion prior to establishing my own practice in 1997.
The practice is now very experienced in carrying out domestic projects, new build, extensions and conservation schemes for historic buildings.I don't follow current trends, I create a design especially for the requirements of my clients. Detailed measured drawings for planning application and building control application purposes.
