Had trouble with boiler continually failing over a two month period in which Wil attended within 24 hours each time. Ultimately needed a new boiler but it wasn't for want of trying to fix it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Came home from holiday to find my boiler not working, contacted Rolfe's and he new straight away what the problem was and had the part to hand.
Rolfe's Heating offer two main services, that is the ongoing Maintenance and Servicing of gas central heating systems and boilers as well as a full Power Flushing. Our servicing package ensures that your boiler is maintained to the highest standard, improving its efficiency as well as extending the life expectancy of your central heating system.
We are now LPG certificated for Residential Park homes and Permanent dwellings. We can offer an annual service on your heating system for your holiday home at a time that suits you. Massively unimpressed. I called Rolfe’s as I had a problem with my boiler - no hot water. The engineer turned up, stayed around for no more than 5 minutes, and left saying he didn’t know what the problem was and that he’d do some ‘research’ and come back to me. I never heard from him again. I then had to call another company (Gas Works) who actually came and diagnosed the (very simple) problem. Terrible service. If Google would allow it - I wouldn’t award them any stars at all. One is too many!
