Beechwood Trees & Landscapes

I've used Beechwood several times in the past, albeit irregularly and over many years. They have always been professional and courteous in my dealings with them, and have completed works to specification every time. My most recent requirement involved the removal of dead trees and messy hedging, with subsequent planting of new root-ball hedges. They quoted promptly and were on site on the day promised several weeks later. Very untidy workers left a lot of mess following work, would have discussed this on the phone but after 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer this was not possible! Fail to see how you can say you are passionate about the environment when you leave mess behind you.

Job was left incomplete and untidy.
Unable to discuss issues just kept being told had done what was asked. Reported to the council who were paying for the job. Council have told me they have been requested to call me _ heard nothing from them. Quick to reply to a low rating!!!

Recommend by another tree surgeon who was too far away for a cost effective job.
After a site visit and discussion of the job, agreed to go ahead. Team who arrived were great! Very clear on how they would proceed, discussed options on how to shape trees and left the site in a great state. After sale service was fantastic too with the office team.

Quoted me for a job over 2 years ago well before covid. They quoted me but never came back to me despite asking them to start the work. Not very professional and also they were very expensive but obviously they made more money working elsewhere.

I had Beechwood our today to top our conifer tree and the service from start to finish was faultless the staff were friendly and smiley and got the job done quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend this company.

We always book them for hedge cutting and tree trimming services. A very professional company - right from the point where they come to give us a quote until the actual work is completed. They left the place absolutely clean and tidy after the job was done. Highly recommend

Fantastic job, love it.
We have just had Beechwood replace an old fence (belonged to the neighbours but they were not going to replace it) and install a new wooden archway and gate with trellis to either side. The weather was appalling but this didn't stop Mark Begley, even when the rain was bouncing off the roof. Mark was always extremely considerate of our property, with terrible access to the rear garden and kept us informed, and checked out at every stage of the job. This was a really tricky job, as I guess most domestic fencing is, but it didn't appear to put them off.

Excellent service. very easy to contact - unlike some of their competitors. the chap came out spot on the appointed time, i got a quote e mailed through very soon after, and the quote was very professional, and detailed with a google earth photo of the tree, and details of their indemnity insurance.
made the appointment, and they turned up at 8.05 am - exactly as promised. the team of 3 did the job in no time at all, and even liaised with the miserable neighbour when he came out to tell them they werent cutting enough!!
they cleared up, took everything away and left no mess
so all round excellence

Thanks for a really good job . The beech tree in my garden was quite large and imposing with the additional difficulty of overhanging a large greenhouse. The friendly and professional Beechwood crew made an excellent job of pollarding it and left my garden in a clean and tidy condition. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
