I will definitely use Cleaner Cleaner again. I used them for their homeowner's Gold Service which included fabric check, uv light check, stain removal and furniture moving
- courteous, cheerful, efficient and hard-working cleaning team - 2 members of staff worked flat out for 3+hours and remembered coming to quote although several months had elapsed
- provision of quotation by the office over email more cumbersome than other companies however well worth persisting given the delivery and results (this would be my only quibble)
- thorough and attentive to detail preparing and delivering the job

Cleaner cleaner was outstanding! Great communication, accurate quote, competitive pricing, and job well done. I booked them on Saturday for a Tuesday morning job. They were quick to respond throughout the process and very easy to work with. On the day of the cleaning I realised I made the mistake of giving the wrong address to them - completely my fault. They rerouted their driver and within 30 minutes were at my doorstep. Wonderful service.

My tenant left my flat without cleaning it (it seemed she hadn't cleaned for many months). I saw the reviews for Cleaner Cleaner and asked for a quote. Email responses were quick and then I was asked for photos, which I sent. They then told me the cleaning was 'beyond their ability'. I thought that cleaning was what they did but it seems if there is grease in the kitchen or grime on the bathroom tiles they are unable to clean. I expect they only clean clean properties, which defeats the object. Unimpressed.

Amazing end of tenancy cleaning service. The cleaners arrived on time and got started immediately, they were very professional, and I could not believe how spotless everything was once they finished. Manager was also communicative and helpful on email. Would use again. :)

Cleaner Cleaner was absolutely great. I called on Tuesday, got a quote agreed same day and booked in the cleaning for Thursday. The price was very reasonable. The technician arrived punctually, was polite, wore a mask and shoe coverings, and did a great job. I’m very happy with the service. Highly recommend.
