There are two distinct ways of fitting blinds; inside or outside the window recess. As a general rule, a recess depth measuring less than 7.5 cm is too shallow for blinds, and in this case the blinds must be installed outside the recess. Certain styles are also more suited for each option. Venetian, vertical and roller blinds are most appropriate for inside the recess.

Appalling service. I ordered shutters from them on 17 May ,paid a deposit of £300 and was told they would be ready in 15 weeks. Receipt given and measurements taken. I rang last week to get an approximate date of fitting and was told they could find no record. The man then rang back to advise that he had not ordered them and if I wanted them would have to wait until December !!!
The most shocking thing was their service. I have sent 2 complaint e mails in and no response. I have now rang 3 times chasing my deposit refund and have been told they need to speak to someone about it?!

Excellent friendly service, fitter came when he said he would, first class fitting, so good in fact on one of the blinds he wasn’t happy and fitted again, I said “I couldn’t tell it was a little but out” and he said “I could !” Blinds are quality and we are very happy.

The blind I received had the wrong size slats. Angel Blinds said it was the manufacturers fault and just fobbed me off. I had more work for them but I won't be going back.
