Great service, completely trustworthy, honest pricing. ASK rewired, sorted out a load of damp problems (damp proofing, replacing rotten beams), strengthend attic floors, put on external cladding and new windows. And when they discovered a problem with brickwork, they sorted it out. Brilliant service. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Requested a quote from ASK as they had been highly recommended. The quote was was delivered very quickly. However all went down hill from there.
Over a number of weeks of phone calls and emails I was unable to get them to commit to a date to start the work. On a number of occasions I asked them if they still wished to do the work, the reply was always yes and we will get back to you to arrange a date.
If they did not want the work as they were too busy or just did not want the job why did they not just say so.
A massive waste of my time and energy I now have to find a reliable builder, it is

Spoke to ASK for a quote which was supplied, thought brilliant. Spoke
to them to start the agreed work for a kitchen renovation for which they said after christmas. After waiting 3 three months and no contact, contacted them to find out a start date and ASK never returned any of my calls. Bad customer service in my experience and a total waste of my time. If they had been busy or just unable to take my business then just tell me so i can take it else instead of leaving a customer in limbo.

I am the landlord of the house rented until until recently by Mr Hide. His review is inappropriate as he had no professional relationship with this building company and and therefore contains assumptions which are inaccurate and misleading. So, far as example, Ask building Services did not have a maintenance contract on this property; I used a range of accredited contractors. There are valid counters to his statements for instance the white goods were mid range and not low quality as he claims. I have no hesitation in recommending ASK Complete Building Services Ltd. They have recently finished a complete refurbishment of a large stone end terrace for me, which included opening up the offshot kitchen, new heating, new wiring, new kitchen, new bathroom, replastering throughout, installing a damp proof course, repairing the roof, opening up a fireplace, installing new internal doors and laminate flooring and many other incidental jobs.

I recently had an extension completed by Ask Complete Building Services in Sheffield. I was absolutely delighted with the result. The workmanship is excellent. There was no delay on the project and there was continuity of service. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and so obliging and my neighbours had so much praise for them.
A few weeks after the extension was completed there was a tiny issue with a door swelling and they came the day after I called them and sorted it out.
I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

I am delighted with the customer service, punctuality, professionalism and building quality of Ask Complete Building Services. I went on the holiday of a lifetime to Australia for 3 weeks and left a set of keys and instructions to renovate my house and install a new kitchen. The work that has been done from ASK builders has been outstanding,
from start to finish. The renovation and extension of our 1936-built 3-bed
semidetached house to a modern 4-bed living space included: fitting new
double glazed windows and a new front door, knocking down two walls,
creating double doors from the dining to the lounge, taking out the chimney
breast in the dining area, fitting new kitchen, new heating and electricity in
the house including a fantastic underfloor heating in the ground floor, new
family bathroom on first floor, new downstairs toilet and skimming all ceilings
