Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Please use a company that looks after it’s employees and actually pays their tax and pension contributions. Mark failed to do this for me and other employees. Resulting in losing more than half his work force. He then fails to respond to emails, texts and ignores all correspondence. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

Excellent work ! We had two huge trees that needed attending to. The teams that came over the days, worked on it swiftly with no fuss. Very cordial and professional in their work, the guys did an superb job. Not only was their quote very competitive, but their work was also that much outstanding.

I had asked Mark at Landmark for a quote and he said he would be able to provide one the following day. I called him the following day and he said he would come back to me but didn’t. He eventually provided with a quote which to be fair was reasonable but said that he would “follow it up in writing”. Given that I had a tree which had fallen onto a neighbouring property, my job was urgent as further damage could have been done if the weather worsened. I sent him multiple emails, text and calls chasing this quote some of which went unanswered and others which were answered were false promises

I have used Landmark Tree Surgery for the last five years and I cannot fault their work. They do everything from trimming apple trees, fir trees, hedges and help with advice in general for the garden. They tidy everything up when the work has been completed. Helpful polite lads and will always check with you to make sure they are doing exactly what you requested.
