SFS are highly recommended online. They sent someone to assess who saw no problems, then when I went to choose materials, told me I would have to PAY A DEPOSIT, THEN THEY WOULD SEND A FITTER TO ASSESS WETHER THEY COULD DO THE JOB. Waste of time. I also found Lisa to be unhelpful - I persisted because of the good reviews.

We've used SFS on 2 occasions and we've always found the steam very friendly and helpful. The fitters are brilliant and have lots of experience. They did a really neat and tidy job. We've recommended to family and friends who have used them and are also really pleased with the work done.

We had some laminate flooring fitted recently in 3 rooms in our house, Liam who came to fit them was excellent, he never seemed to stop all day and the rooms now look amazing. We could never have done this ourselves it just looks so professional, thanks so much (and in really hot weather too!). We are now saving to have the bedroom and stairs done too.

Sheffield Flooring Solutions have been generous in helping RSPCA Sheffield Animal Centre provide homerooms for the animals in our care. We can now have the dogs in offices and other spaces giving them a taste of a real home life for when they find their forever homes. The staff were friendly, professional and hardworking. We would recommend them to anyone.

Really amazing service from start to finish. Sheffield Flooring Solutions worked with us on timescale and their fitters breezed in and out with no issues and quicker than anticipated. The floor was delivered a week before to help it acclimatise, and everyone involved was friendly and helpful. The fitter took great care around our new kitchen and cleaned as he went so each evening the kitchen floor was tidy. Overall we felt straight away we were in safe hands. Had Liam (2) around yesterday to lay the flooring for a double porch extension we've recently had built. He was prompt, and worked extremely hard throughout the day, and checked in on us at different stages to ensure we was pleased with the work. Thanks for the great job.
The laminate we purchased was reasonably priced for what seems to be a very durable product. With my wife working for the NHS, they also added an additional discount.
We'll definitely use again in the future,

This is the second time I've used SFS and I'm just as impressed with them this time around as I was the last. Their customer service continues to be superb, appointment times were spot on and and I was kept fully informed of any issues or additional costs along the way. Excellent service and fitting, this company has been absolutely fantastic from start to completion of or new flooring which we could not be happier with.
The product is of a very high quality and the advice Lisa and the team have given us when selecting was perfect.
The fitters were excellent and thought of every detail, the fitting was done quickly and to perfection.
They also left the house very clean afterwards which was also a huge help after what can be a messy job.

My initial contact was very positive with Diane helping me before lock down , she couldn’t be more helpful and documented the accurate requirements ready for ordering .
However when I returned to place the order I was met with a most unhelpful , rude and difficult colleague by the name of Lisa, she gave the impression everything was too much trouble , she was short tempered leaving me with the feeling that I was a nuisance. Initially I thought it was my lack of experience with buying flooring however several other customers said “ oh don’t worry she is always like this , don’t take it
