Rang up helpful young lady said they Had what I wanted in stock. Called down 15 minutes later. Paid, stood by car and the items brought to me. Great service (and price)is the only comment I could give after my experience.

If you want to be ripped off, then this is the place to go. Rude staff and they lie to you. They told us to send our 8k fence back due to how shocking the custom paint job was and then when they got it back they refuse to anwser emails and make the repairs. As a company we now have no fence and 8k out of pocket. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will upload all the videos and picture for you to look at, just to see how bad the fence was. Never in my life have I ever seen any thing so bad. Save your money and go somewhere else. Dont do what we did and just think the other reviews

Worst company in the city I rang up at 9am to confirm stock then drove from bootle to speke to pay for materials. They took payment and I get a call of my lad who was collecting for me saying posts were wrong !!! I rang back and she said they didnt have them in and wasnt bothered one bit about the waste of my time just offered a refund and to hell with my business my reputation and my customer and after a heated discussion she said we have got the posts and put the phone down. The lads brought the materials and the posts are shocking the job could bit be done and my customer has been left with

Just had my delivery of fencing. Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Quality is very good and a big thank you to Daniel who delivered the fencing. Would highly recommend and will only use AA fencing from now on. Great service, thanks to all at AA fencing.

Order was placed for fencing gate and fencing panels. Had no issues at all, they even patiently kept my order for 4 weeks at their store till I was able to get back to UK due Cov19. Thank you

Ordered fencing for a large job and deadlines were made that depended on the delivery time stated. Our delivery was over six weeks late which in turn pushed all of our clients deadlines back by weeks. Delivery only arrived after multiple phone calls being made to complain. When delivery finally arrived, the fencing was damaged and paint was all chipped. When enquiring about this with their customer service team, they just made excuses and were very unhelpful. Overall, awful product and customer service. Will not use again.

Late delivery, wrong parts sent which held up the fitting and the gate latch being welded 2 foot to high for the sliding lock. Multiple phone calls with the answer 'I'll call you back' which never happened, multiple emails to Gill who said the correct part has been sent, of course it hadn't.
Terrible customer service, lazy attitude towards workmanship and massive delays on quoted delivery times. 100% use this company if you like stress.
