First class customer service from Cascade Blinds, will definitely use again and will highly recommend. Fitted new home with blinds yesterday noticed a flaw in some of the slats in one of the vertical blinds which were replaced today by Hugh, nothing was too much trouble, very much appreciated, Thank you

AVOID!!!! Phoned to enquire about their offer and the girl who answered was abrupt, impatient and rude and hung up on me without giving me a chance to ask more questions. I'll never be using them

From start to finish they made it easy! I contacted them on FB and managed to get a rough quote based on my measurements. Within a few days someone came out to measure with samples and gave us a definite quote. The quote was reasonable and there was an offer on which meant we saved loads as one of our windows was huge and would have been expensive on its own. Within 3 weeks all of our blinds were ready and they were able to fit them the next day. The blinds were fitted today really quickly, with barely any noise and look fab! Would definitely recommend!

Special mention to Kirsty who went out of her way to help us with choosing the best set of blinds for our new home kept us updated as we went along & installed the day after all parts arrived in stock. The installation by Warren couldn’t have been better, even tidying up throughout. Very professional & friendly staff which I would highly recommend to anyone considering a new purchase. Very pleased with new blinds recently fitted. I have bought from Cascade in the past and have always been more than happy with the service start to finish. In particular I would like to thank Hugh who fitted the recent blinds. He was very professional, knowledgeable and obviously an expert fitter. Absolutely a perfect finish for our new build.
Cascade Blinds recently fitted 7 blinds for us and they look amazing. The prices are unbelievable compared to other local companies but the quality is just the same. They were here when they said and they made the fitting of the blinds look easy!
First time using but when needed, I will have them back.
