Keith is such an amazing individual, I rang after reading all the amazing reviews. I had a leak come through into my kitchen via the bathroom. Keith arrived (despite the snow) within the hour and within seconds identified the problem. He talked me through how to carry out the repair using silicone myself and even looked/resolved a minor leak downstairs for me. He gave me ample sound advice which I am extremely grateful for.
