Darren came to my disabled Mum's and had a look at her taps. Very friendly and polite. He said he would return when he was free months later in Feb. Mum rang six months later asking if he could make it to service boiler and fix all taps in house. He stated that he couldn't remember her. When she attempted to jog his memory, he stated "I just said I can't remember you love" and that he wasn't free till July now, at that he hung up on her. Obviously this is a very lucky and busy plumber, not one suitable for daily issues in old ladies houses.
