First time using Kibworth Carpets. Paul who works there is a knowledgeable easy going chap (no pressure sales). I went in, with no knowledge of flooring, looking for a trim. The guy at the store was very helpful in assisting me and, even though eventfully it was not the right product for me in the end, he was willing to take it back and offer a full refund. I would recommend Kibworth Carpets & Flooring to anyone needing an excellent, flexible service.
