Very disappointed. Booked appointment for last week which the company later postponed to this week. Fifteen minutes late (9.45) this morning and called Newbury office only to be greeted by answer machine. Contacted another office at 10am - lady was trying to raise the representative. 10.05am, now 35 minutes beyond appointment, the rep texts me - doesn't call, just texts - to say still on holiday and to use someone else!
