Used Jim many times for new installations on properties and to also look after existing products not even anything to do with him. . Nothing too much trouble and will respond in an emergency.
Just had an alarm going off in an empty building annoying everyone - and within 10 minutes of a phone call he left his lunch and drive to us to sort out.
A young man but with old fashioned values.
