Alistair and hi steam were very professional right from my first enquiry. They were very quick to respond to messages and had a huge choice of carpets and flooring. On the day they did our laminate and carpets they were punctual and barely even stopped for a cup of tea! We were extremely happy with our carpets and laminate flooring and they tidied up after themselves really well too.

I have now had all my rooms and stairs in my house carpeted by the ACR team. Just cannot fault them, nothing is too much trouble, they are always on time (on occasion even early) Happy to discuss ideas and make suggestions, and good value for money! Win win.

We had a really good experience with ACR Carpets. They were quick to respond to my emails and with arranging an appointment to measure up and provide samples. The appointment date to fit the carpet was much quicker than I expected. The fitters were professional, friendly and fitted the underlay and laid the carpet to a high standard. They also trimmed the doors without complaint. Would recommend and would use again.
