We have placed numerous orders over the course of the past one year for the total amount of about £3000.
These consisted of white MDF shutters for our windows and patio doors throughout our property.
Everything seemed to be going fine until our third and final order where they’ve made a designing error as the wrong side of the shutter overlaps the other, making it difficult to access the handle of this window in question.
We have notified the company of this error but they have shown very little interest in resolving this.
Although a representative has returned and reversed these shutter

Still waiting for the fitter to come he was suppose to be here this morning but it has got to 2pm and still not here phoned up at 12pm they didn't know he hadn't been so they rang him and said he would be 40 mins that was l and a half hour ago and still no sign no impressed at all have waited in all morning afternoon.

Had our whole house blinded today including a bay window, the fits are perfect couldn't be happier with the service the fitter was all PPE protected and extremely friendly and explained how to work the blinds correctly and the aftercare if anything where to go wrong which im sure it wont 5* from start to finish.

Amazing service :-) Just had 4 roman blinds fitted in our house and the quality is amazing. Sue was amazing and really helped us chose the right fabrics. She offered lots of advice and the price wasn't bad either. The fitter was lovely and explained how the child safety devices worked. We are really pleased with Express and would highly recommend them.
