Hi I am Jeff Stokes and I have nearly 30 years experience in the building trade. I have built up a substantial customer base in Manchester/Trafford and Cheshire. I have worked very hard to ensure I am surrounded by a team of tradesmen, suppliers, architects and other professionals to ensure my customers receive the very best service.
We employed Jeff and his large number of staff, bricklayers - Ian and Simon whose bricklaying was top class, all the plasterers which there were far too many to remember all their names, main one was Mike, absolutely super glass finish to all the plastering, sparky Adam and his team, who did a super job, albeit always left a mess L, Matt the plumber who was very helpful, gave a lot of advice and again, workmanship was extremely high.

Thanks to Jeff for creating a great family space that really does have the “wow” factor.
When looking for a builder for our extension, Jeff was very quick to come back with a quote (and came to have a look unlike some others) which was competitive in terms of price and scope. He could start the actual work in a timeframe that suited us also which was a bonus.
Work started when Jeff said it would and we were kept in the loop on the comings and goings to site throughout the build. Jeff took a lot of the stress and worry away from us by organising the different trades, building control inspections

Moving into Urmston and not knowing any local trades, I required a builder who could project manage my complete house renovation whilst being friendly, approachable and reliable.
Like many people I looked online and after reading various reviews of local companies and not really being any the wiser, decided I had to take the plunge and settled on Jeff. After the first call round/chat, I was at ease and felt happy that we shared the same end goal. Just turning up at the time stated is top marks in my book and an attribute lacking in many of today's tradesmen.
