Services
If you have uneven, damaged or adhesives stuck to your floor and are unable to remove it manually then we can offer you floor grinding services which will remove existing coatings, latex and adhesives, or re-levelling concrete floors and smoothing undulations prior to new floor installations. Old adhesive stuck to your floor after removing vinyl or some wooden floors is a difficult and long process.

Darren did the installation of the new floor, skirting boards and blocking in the pipewirk 5 Star all the way. Clean and tidy, very proffessional. The workmanship is excellent. So, so pleased with the finished job. Great company.

Absolutely over the moon with my flooring and carpet! The service has been fantastic, I can't thank John and his team enough for being on hand for any questions I had and nothing was ever too much trouble. John was readily available to offer me any advice on the carpet and flooring (it's my first property and I was unsure of everything!) to ensure I made the right decision. As a company they are so friendly, helpful and professional which made the whole process so easy. John the owner, really helped me with a problematic and disorganised building contractor assigned by my insurers. He went above and beyond to make sure my new engineered oak floor was laid onto the right sub surface following a burst pipe. Wychwood had great products to choose from and it was professionally installed. I highly recommend.

Long wait & poor workmanship!
How many carpet fitters take a week to carpet and vinyl a standard 3 bed house? This one does.
Noticed after they had finished and been paid, that most corners are not held down by the grippers. Carpet lifts up when vacuuming and door bars don't hold the carpet, stair cases are worst. Sent them a phone message which was ignored. Can talk a lot, though!

I first came across Wychwood flooring 4yrs ago and they were recommended by my insurance company following extensive water damage in my home. I was so impressed with the service I received and the quality of the flooring that I have decided to return to them to now re carpet my house and replace some more Quickstep flooring now that we have had a new kitchen fitted. Cannot recommend highly enough. Professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable.....the best service all round.

We bought our laminate flooring from Wychwood flooring in Basildon. They lent us huge sample boards which was a great help to us making the right choice on flooring. They also advised us of the best flooring type to have for where we wanted it. They were not pushy but lovely and very informative of their products. My husband was fitting the flooring himself but when Wychwood delivered it, he even came in to give us advice on how to fit it and cut it etc. which was very helpful. A week later, my husband went to ask their advice on cleaning the floor. Once

We had 60 meters square of laminate flooring covering the entire ground floor. The price was very competitive, the sales support was very helpful when choosing what to have. The installation was excellent over 2.5 days, he could not have done any more to improve the job. I would highly recommend Wychwood Flooring.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always at the end of the phone if you need advice. I bought 15 packs of quick step harvest oak and was given advice on the best underlay and door bars. All the materials were ready to collect the very next day, the store held my items for 3 days while I was preparing the room. I was kept updated when one of the packs arrived at the store damaged and a new pack was ordered and replaced before I picked them up from store. I received an excellent service and at a very competitive price. I Couldn't recommend them more.
