Welcome to Treestyle Arboriculture, a tree surgeon team based in Manchester, run by twice Tree Climbing Champion of the Northwest, Steve Canham. We are a small team of highly experienced, qualified and insured tree surgeons and arborists. Based in Urmston, Manchester, we carry out tree care and tree removal services throughout Manchester, Trafford, Salford, Wigan, Stockport, as well as in Cheshire.
As a dedicated tree surgeon since 1993, I am passionate about trees and tree work. I have also taught Arboriculture (the study of trees) and trained arborists at Myerscough College, the UK's Centre of Excellence for Arboriculture. My team is made up of equally dedicated tree surgeons who care about trees.
I personally oversee all aspects of the work, from initial quotations to the completion of work on site. Our in-depth knowledge, attention to detail and vast experience of Arboriculture means that we are able to carry out treework in a safe, effective and, above all, time-efficient manner. We also leave sites extremely tidy and always provide great value for money.

Services
Whilst this can be a shame, often trees can be dangerous or unsuitable for their location. Whether a tree is blocking all your light, growing too large, or is the wrong species choice for its location it may just have to go. When such trees are in confined spaces, whether large or small, special climbing techniques are used to rig each individual part of the tree and lower it to the ground as shown in the video below.

Booked Treestyle to remove a very out of control willow and a tall eucalyptus from our garden. They were polite, and took all the wood and foliage away leaving no mess in the garden. The garden looks so much different now, it has loads more light and my young daughter was very entertained watching them working. Great job Treestyle!

100% brilliant. Steve was friendly and professional, and was able to fit us in the next day. I wasn't there, but by all accounts they were super efficient and they took away all the tree cuttings + some garden waste that I'd been meaning to take to the tip! Did actually leave it tidier than when they arrived. Competitively priced too. Have already recommended.

Steve removed an extremely overgrown Goats Willow from my front garden that was blocking out light from my front lounge. The works carried out was quick and professional and the clean up job done afterwards was greatly appreciated, and all at an affordable cost. I will definitely use Treestyle Arboriculture again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone needing works done on their property.... A job well done

Steve kindly quoted on a very large Lombardy Poplar which was flagged up on the survey for the house we were buying. When we moved in other tree surgeons kindly told me it would be a total nightmare and expensive given our resticted access for removal of the tree but Steve handled the request and job with complete professionalism as well as a competitive quote. Access was challenging to say the least with only a narrow alley to access our garden through - again Steve didnt let that phase him and brought a team in to remove the tree and within 2 days the tree was gone and the site clear. I found Steve very genuine, honest and very competitively priced. He gave me complete confidence in him and his work, always advising me with a full explanation of my options for the broken tree in my garden all the way through. He always kept me informed on progress, was there when he said he would be and even sent me pictures! I would recommend this service to anyone .....excellent!!!
