We needed scaffolding on our house for painting and to change all the guttering. I met Darren who came to our house exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and talked me through what would be required which was followed by a written quotation. We have a conservatory so the scaffold needed to go over this and we have a second floor bedroom so the scaffold had to go higher than the usual domestic scaffold.

Very helpful and friendly service. We’re able to assist on any changes or additions as we went along. Do get full quote and agree bits before one starts as builders always over run. Darren the MD was very helpful in this respect and accommodating to any changes or extension to the hire period. We would recommend them to anyone. Quick and friendly service.

Terrible customer service. Rude, unproffesional behavior and very aggressive and inappropriate staff. When told that they could not bring their services to us on the agreed time, they delayed us for 3 weeks and then proceeded to swear and be very unprofessional towards us when we asked them to deliver on the product or return us our money. When finally going to collect the refund, they did not give us the refund back, stating it was a service charge for an original viewing of the property but there was no mention of this during inital transactions or on any paperwork. Wish I could give a worse

Manager/owner is very unprofessional and rude, told us to "be quiet I'm talking" and told our worker that they didn't know what they were doing. he was rude to me and to my family, and even though i have text proof that they said they will give us a full refund on our deposit, they took 250£s for "coming to look at the property" even though we sent them pictures and they said that it was perfect and they would put up the scaffolding. they said we will come Wednesday, Wednesday came they didn't come, they said they will come sunday, they didn't come. please be careful before going with this "company

Please can you share this post to catch these people so they don’t scam other innocent people! They came and quoted me a price for scaffolding , took a deposit and then actually changed the amount they quoted from £1800 to £250000 just before starting work!
