You can always rely on Alex to do a fantastic job whatever it is. We have been lucky to have Alex servicing our boiler for many years. When we had a plumbing emergency over the Christmas period he was there straight away! Recently, we asked him to fit a new boiler as ours was getting very old, which has been the best decision ever. Alex is very professional and works to an exceptionally high standard. I can't recommend him enough!

We have used Lexall Heating Services a couple of times now. First when our boiler was leaking oil not long after we moved into our house. We rang them quite late in the evening and Alex talked us through what we needed to do, and he and Zach came over the next day to replace the faulty hose and check it all over for us.
We then had the boiler replaced, Alex talked us through the different options in a straightforward way and we were happy to go with his recommendations. Alex and Zach were here 2 days to remove the old boiler, install a new one in a new location with all new pipe work and flue

We recently moved to the Ross on Wye area from Surrey and have been undertaking several modernisation projects on the house. As part of this, we decided to renew to boiler as the existing was about 20 years old. We found Alex via the Worcester Bosch website. Alex turned up for a site visit and quickly set about fixing all the little problems we were having with the hot water.
Alex gave a great quote for renewing the boiler and then got to work. The install was planned for 2 days with a contingency for a 3rd day and Alex and Zack turned up on time and set about getting the work done.
