We were lucky enough to be involved with the last three phases of the Berkeley redevelopment scheme for Royal Clarence Marina. New shop in Botley, which created challenges for the team to distribute power and lighting around this listed building. An exciting new site comprising of 89 beautiful homes in this largely sought-after location.
Understanding of testing regulations as well as a basic knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines is essential. A reasonable level of interpersonal skills is advantageous as you will be required to deal with site operatives through to boardroom clients. A vehicle will be provided, a negotiable salary and other benefits to be included in the package.
