Services
Our concept design phase develops the project theme, the content and how the key spaces will be used. We achieve this by creating a client brief with you, understanding the architecture of the building and writing the narrative around which to build the design. Initial spatial planning is thoroughly examined after which mood boards are crafted along with sketches and 3D visualization in order to bring the concept to life.
This was another celebrity client of ours who's narrative for this project was to blend dark tones with contemporary lines. We combined beautiful materials, luxury furniture and art from around the world, which included procuring a special edition fridge made by Samsung & Swarovski. The Belvedere has 360 degree views of the river & Chelsea Harbour marina allowing for abundant natural light.
Having already completed a 'design and build' project in this exclusive building a few years previously, our team was right at home once again. The 2000 square foot apartment was stripped back to basics and we had a blank canvass to contend with. The 2 main talking points in this apartment is the bar and the lighting feature.
77 Mayfair is one of London's most prestigious luxury residential developments made up of seven lateral apartments located on South Audley Street, overlooking the world famous Dorchester Hotel. This super-prime development launched in 2016 and our client had reserved the ground and lower ground plot.
