We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out in our bathroom. All of the trades involved were brilliant, and we were treated with courtesy from start to finish by all Mackie staff, from our first visit to the showroom to the very last adjustment and re-fixing of the bathroom door. It is so refreshing these days to work with people who are nice and who care about the work that they do.

Impressed with the displays,this gave my wife & me a good idea of the layout we are considering.
We arranged a house visit to measure up our bathroom & let us know what is possible. They will create a CAD layout & when this is ready we will visit the shop to agree the
arrangement & get a quote.
All in all we liked the arrangement & the desire of the staff to make us at ease.

Was told the fit would take 10 days all in it took 27. Communication was dreadful and be prepared to have to make continual phone calls to find out if anyone is actually coming out. It is obvious the tradesmen aren't given the time needed for each job as the person "project managing" has them going from job to job in a rush. Several mistakes (some shockingly bad) made during the fit so make sure you have a very keen eye and double check everything. Jobs seem to be allocated by one person in the morning so they expect you to sit in all day in the hope someone comes. Every time you call every question
