It was 10.30 Sunday night, I'm watching television and my alarm for no apparent reason bursts into life. Reeling from the the shock I turn it off however there is a plethora of lights on the control panel and a very pleasant lady telling to examine my system because there is trouble. This is not what I want late on Sunday night and living in a residential area, I did not want the alarm sounding all night. I telephoned CTB Alarms, the installers and Katie answered just as if it was the middle of the day. She talked me through what to do with the control panel and we eventually established the battery

I contacted CTB Alarms about upgrading our old system that we could not use due to the alarm being set off by energetic cats. Katie was really helpful in providing details of an alarm suitable for our needs. The installation date was booked and Katie called on the day to advise that the engineer was on his way. Dave arrived on time, he was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I do not like having tradespeople in my home due to a very bad experience in the past, but I was completely at ease with Dave so that was really positive for me. Dave worked efficiently and quickly

Dave arrived on time to fit our alarm after a phone call to say he was on his way. He recommended the best places to put the sensors, the bell box and the control panel asking if we agreed before he put them up. He was very professional and made no mess. We paid extra for the key fobs which will be a godsend, this was our choice and Dave did not push to sell these. He talked us through the settings on the alarm and showed us how to use it which seems very easy. Would highly recommend CTB Alarms.
