I have been working in the building industry since 2001 and enjoy working with the public, Bring there home up to date and aadvising them on what can make there live easyer and better. Installing ne systems is also good fun, working out what is good for the client and with in the latest regulations. I keep up to date with the latest regulations and acreditations and am registered as a compitant person with the NICEIC and am registered on the Electric safe website. Chris installed our electric oven, replaced 2x light fittings, installed a new security light and added and extra plug socket.
We were very happy with the work carried out and found the prices fair. We will definitely have Chris back in the future to carry out more work for us. Chris is very friendly and helpful and explained everything along the way. We were totally happy with the work Chris did for us. he is a really nice guy and very polite and his works to the highest quality.

CMD was recommended by a neighbour to upgrade our service panel . We had good communication and fair pricing on a quote. This work was performed a timely manner with minimal power outage. The technicians were friendly and cleaned up the work area after completion. We have passed on their business card to another neighbour as they are in need of services. We would use their services again.

Sebastian was great at handling the few things we needed installed (a few light fixtures, new wiring and ethernet cable) His team came and were done in a day. Worked well, were respectful, and ask question when a decision needed to be made. I would recommend and use their service again.

The team from CMD Electric were amazing. They installed 6 light fixtures, replaced a wired fire/02 sensor, and a plug in the bathroom. The team worked well together. They were clean, wore their masks, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was nice to come home and not have a mess to clean up. I would sure use CMD again. Thanks again CMD Electric

I want to give a big shout out to Sebastian Agosta of CMD ELECTRIC. I have recommended him to several of my clients over the years and he has never disappointed. I can trust he is always going to be very responsive, competent and with fair prices. No job is ever too small or too big for that matter.
Well this time, I needed him to help my technicians (HVAC) with a problem on site that was outside of their scope of work and had them at a standstill. I called Sebastian for help and he was there within an hour and had the problem fixed ! Our techs were able to get back to work very quickly and finish

CMD Electric did a fantastic job supplying and installing 70+ pot lights and smart switches throughout my entire house. They also supplied and installed my kitchen counter lights which looks amazing! In addition, they also installed light fixtures in all of my bathrooms, home theatre ceiling speakers,, speaker wiring throughout and my EcoBee smart thermostat. CMD Electric did an amazing job on the electrical at our home. Being first time home owners, we did not know what to expect in terms of pricing but by far Sebastian was the best quote we received. Altogether, they installed new pot lights in our living room, removed all of the old fixtures and added new light fixtures in our dining room, kitchen, and one at the top of our stairs, we also had some outlets replaced and added light switches. CMD Electric also installed brand new ceiling fixtures in our 3 bedrooms where there was previously no lighting at all.
