Arrow Pest Control is a family run business that was established in 1993. With a trusted reputation in the Bristol and surrounding areas, we have the experience and skills needed to successfully and safely eradicate and remove troublesome wasp nests. While wasps are beneficial in the Eco System, they can be a risk to human health if nesting in close proximity.

Unlike honeybees, wasps are capable of stinging multiple times, they can become very aggressive and will sting when disturbed, they also emit a defence pheromone when they feel the nest is under threat, this results in larger numbers of wasps defending the nest when you are approaching or working in close proximity to the nest.

Also due to the feeding cycle wasps can become a nuisance during the summer months. There are numerous species of wasps and bees in the UK but only a few produce social colonies that can cause concern, that is why it's important to identify the species correctly so that bees are not killed through the treatment process.
