My 80 year old Mum recently used this company and the internal doors they provided are lovely and exactly what was ordered. An Mum would be over the moon if when they came back 2 months later to make them close properly, like doors!? They hadn't lied to her telling her the 8th internal door she'd ordered would "only take a couple of weeks." Yes times are very difficult, but there's no need to fib man.

Shocking company. Avoid like the plague.
Product itself is fine and can't argue with the price... But not worth dealing with the employees. Nobody wore (or even asked if I'd like them to) a covid mask for the 2 days they were fitting. I've had 3 home visits since the fitting to correct various mistakes/faults. Again, not one wearing a mask. Fitters left cigarettes and screws all over my property. It's now mid June and I'm still calling them to come and fix the windowsill that they decided to smash instead of getting a trim to fit over it. Disgraceful.

Window not made to measurements given meaning I had to cut the bricks down, Georgian bar is not in the middle across all 3 pains, did not include anything to connect the pane internally, no Cill board or channel, when I called up about this I was told if I wanted something I had to write it on the paper, I thought this would be included when ordering a new window and wasn’t told that it wouldn’t be so they have cost me a lot more money I am actually surprised the glass came with it as no where on the list did I write that so I don’t understand why vital parts are missed from an order, wish

Always got a quote of these, but never used them until recently, always found them far too expensive and abrasive when you go to speak to them. Had an insurance job done on my conservatory after last years storms, done by them. Sadly, I had to ring up this year as one of the panels was defective. To be fair, straight out they came. I was told I would get a call to book me in soon, though it may not be a quick turn round. About 9 weeks later still no call, so I thought I would give them a ring back. No real apology for not getting back to me but could offer me a midweek appointment in a few weeks
