If your roof is reaching the end of its natural life, we can undertake a full replacement giving you a new one that will last for decades to come. Our skilled tradesmen are highly trained and able to replace any existing and defective roof covering on both pitched and flat roof surfaces. These include slating, tiling, lead, liquid plastics or even fibre glass, single ply, asphalt, felt, copper, zinc or turf.
Whether it's traditional slating or more modern concrete tiles, Stuart & Moffat have the expertise to help you through the whole process from planning to completion & aftercare. Slating is one of Scotland's oldest trades, and traditionally most pitched roofs would be finished with slate from the nearest Quarry, mainly due to transportation challenges.
We cater to Flat Roofing requirements at home, garage or business premises and have the experience necessary to ensure that you never have a leaking or damaged Flat Roof again. From modern single ply membranes, to traditional lead roofing and felt roofing systems, the key to a successful flat roof installation is to follow the correct layered process without taking any shortcuts.

The best experience from start to finish. Prompt response to assess storm damage to roof on block of flats. Showed me photos and talked me through what was needed. Very fair quote emailed the same day. Turned up to do the job as promised and work was tested that night when it rained heavily and no leaks whatsoever! Very pleasant professional guys.

Excellent service provided, professional and courteous from first contact to job completion. The job I required undertaking was on a very old roof and was quite complex - but Malcolm kept me informed throughout of what was happening, what material was being used and how the process was going.
