Services
There are basically two types of Interior Designers; those who will charge lavishly for their time (an hourly rate, or per design), both when they are with you and while they are researching your project, and those who make their living from what they supply to you. At John Charles Interiors we fall into the latter category and only make a a small charge for our initial expenses (see below).
Our web site is designed to give you a flavour of what we do, so it's not possible to include all of our brands and collections within it. We carry a truly vast range, in fact we believe we hold one of the largest portfolios of brands and collections outside London and all of these can be seen in our Showroom.
Last month we looked in some depth at curtains and various related treatments, so this month I thought we'd talk about blinds. There are many types of blind available today, all of which have their various merits. Perhaps the most widely used and versatile is the roman blind. I don't know where the name came from, as I've been to Rome a few times but never seen one.
