Established in 2013 Jessop & Co provide a range of property services to corporate occupiers, financial institutions, property companies, family trusts and private individuals. With over 25 years property experience of both national and local property markets our focus is very much customer based and we strive to achieve a high level of personal service by taking time to understand individual requirements.
There are two distinct parts to the acquisition process, namely the search phase and the negotiation phase. Knowing the local market is important in order to achieve the very best deal both in terms of rental and other incentives available.
