For more than a decade, Plumbfactory has supplied plumbing and heating products as well as bespoke bathrooms across the northwest of England. We have three branches, Bolton, Stockport and our flagship store with bathroom showroom, in Horwich. In every aspect of our culture, the focus is always on quality and service.

I’m a novice at plumbing jobs, this outlet is fabulous, they have parking right outside and staff knowledge far outshines the larger general purpose stores (my first port of call). I visited this store 3 times in as many days and on each occasion staff were efficient, informative, happy to share advice and ideas; they were kind, cheerful and an absolutely pleasure to deal with. I’m very grateful indeed and highly recommend them. A sterling service.
