Hi, I'm Graham Williams and with my partner Tracy we are the proud owners of WindowsNeedCleaning. We have been operating a 5-Star specialist window cleaning company in Hereford and Herefordshire, South Shropshire and Mid Wales for the past 19 years. I have not always been a window cleaner. I have for 25 years been a gamekeeper, mixing with the rich and famous.

I also spent 12 years in the British Army, serving in all parts of the world, the highlight being guard of honour at Princess Diana's wedding. The Pure Water Fed System uses water fed poles which have transformed the window cleaning industry. By using pure water pumped to telescopic carbon poles, we can safely and efficiently clean up to 65ft. Pure water used by our water fed pole system, is produced in our vans by passing the water through a 4-staged water filtration system to de-ionize the water, this extracts the minerals from the water.
