JBR Roofing is a family run business which was established in 1987 by Nelson and Yvonne Mitchell. Brian joined the company after leaving school, then attended a 4 year apprenticeship for roof slating and tiling at Lauder College. Neil joined the company in 1997, also attending Lauder College for 4 years.
Since then both Brian and Neil have added to their skills over the years by gaining a diploma in business and accreditations in Firestone EDPM rubber cover, Sarnafil approved contractors, qualified lead welding contractors, and qualified scaffolders. Both Brian and Neil have also trained as company first aiders, and are CHAS approved health and safety contractors.
Both hold CSCS gold roofing cards and CSCS black management cards. They are Heritage roof approved. This company is a member of FMB and NFRC, and are Trading Standard Approved - Buy With Confidence tradesmen. As an alternate to the replacement of your roof, overcladding can offer an econominal and practical alternative. Making the building look like new with very little impact on the daily running of your business. Overcladding the existing structure of the building can give many benefits. Minimum amount of disruption enabling you to continue with your work as the new roof is getting installed.

JBR did a great job reroofing our house. They have an excellent team of workers who arrived promptly every day and worked all day. The new roof was completed in 5 days. It may not have been the cheapest quote to renew the roof, but it is a quality job using the best materials. I know that the roof will last for many many years to come. Contact with Brian about the progress of the job was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend JBR Roofing to anyone.

Had a full pitched roof replacement and a flat roof that was with felt replaced with Firestone rubber. Fully recommend JBR Roofing from the time Brian came to quote, and the work started it was completed on time and an excellent job, the teams he has employed are great bunch of lads, nothing was too hard for them, even to clearing up after they had finished, the guys are a credit to this local business. Thanks for a great job well done.
