Your boiler accounts for half of your annual energy use, so a boiler replacement with an efficient boiler could make a huge difference to how warm your home feels and keeping your energy bills low.
According to the Energy Saving Trust a boiler replacement from an old gas boiler with no controls with an A-rated high-efficiency condensing boiler and full set of heating controls will significantly cut your home's carbon dioxide emissions and could save you as much as 340 a year.

Annual boiler servicing is essential to ensure your boiler is working efficiently and is safe. If you have a new boiler you may also be required to have your boiler serviced every year to uphold your manufacturer warranty. All our new gas installations come as standard with 3 FREE years servicing worth 210 and either a 2, 3, 5, 7 or 10 year product warranty depending on the make and manufacturer chosen.
Warmer Homes Heating and Renewable Energy know that our weather systems are changing and the vast majority of scientists put this down to an increased amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. This is a view supported by governments and there are many incentives to promote the use of Renewable Technologies.

As I follow these guys on Facebook I haven't needed to call them out yet. They posted a helpful 'How to' video about frozen pipes during the cold snap last week. The exact problem happened to me a day later and I managed to defrost it and fix it using their video. Thank you for posting it - saved me an emergency call out - and I'll definitely be in touch when I need them.
