Appalling customer service. We finally had work completed at the end of September having initially contacted Valley Windows in February. After taking a deposit from us they completely failed to communicate. Phone calls were not returned and emails from the company were cutt and failed to give us any information. When we were eventually given a date, no one turned up to do the work and when it was eventually done, the door was the wrong one and we had to start the process again, with the same lack of communication. We have had a trail of 35 emails, and I have made at least the same number of phone

Paid full price for conservatory two years on and several tons of mastic it’s still leaking and finish board missing. Lots of promise to finish but nothing else just left with water running down walls when raining.
Tried to have us except fibre glass but had paid for lead and was proven that the fall was wrong got lead replaced ( looks shoddy) but still leaking (new place) due to workmen’s breakup of seals
Have phoned and phoned nothing just left to endure. This company must be only one that’s thankful for covid lockdown so don’t have to try correcting the shoddy work .

The work on completion is acceptable. However, they had the deposit for three months before the work started. They then had complications to start the work. Holidays, illness and bad weather. When the work was completed, they demanded the balance or would start court proceedings within 24 hour of the work being finished. Made the payment, but still have not received an invoice or any guarantees. In my opinion it is a tin pot company.
