We execute a wide range of Design & Build projects from commercial to residential, to new builds and refurbishments. Specialising in large multi-unit residential and commercial developments in London and the South East, we execute a range of Design & Build construction projects for public and private clients, across a number of sectors including: residential, commercial, leisure, education and student accommodation.
Our senior management team have experience in a variety of sectors, working on all types of projects and forms of contract in London and the South East. Most of that experience has been achieved through Design & Build projects ranging from high-rise apartment blocks for private developers and housing associations, large individual houses, housing estates, extra care schemes, offices, doctors' surgeries and schools.
