Rudest man on the phone, was cancelling my appointment with them due to finding another company who have a faster turnaround, and he thought that was hilarious ‘in this current climate’, and sarcastically would like to know the company we are now going with so he can go there himself… totally unprofessional & we are so glad we have chosen to use someone else.

Having previously used Jewel for replacing most of our windows and doors, and fitting a new solid roof on our conservatory we looked to use jewel to replace the existing patio doors and windows on our conservatory with aluminium bi-folds and windows as part of a kitchen refurbishment. They were once again great, installed in a couple of days doing a tidy job. They had to come back to replace a pane of glass as it hadn't been manufactured with a hole for a cat flap as ordered, but sorted that issue quickly and kept me well informed. We have had great aftercare on previous installations where doors

Extremely please with the overall process and result.
Very professional staff and fitters who would always make sure every detail was correct before completing each particular job.
We had a compact roller garage door, a new front door and windows and the house now looks brilliant (and much warmer too)

We had the most amazing service from Jewel. From quotation to pre installation to installation and even post installation. they were happy to assist us every step of the way with their friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Also the most reasonable quote around! Would highly recommend Jewel windows for you job!

Jewel Windows Have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I was so worried about going for light grey as everyone goes for either white or anthracite grey but i wanted something a bit different and modern. Already i have noticed a difference at how warm the house is. From James in sales who was very hungry for the business to Luke for designing & Sonny for her fantastic customer service to the window fitters Jason & Dan who are absolutely brilliant, great attention to detail and very neat and tidy work, they have all been fantastic! Highly recommend!

Stay away from this company, it took them 3.5 months to start the job, they installed a glass roof (which didn't fit) I can go into greater detail of what was wrong... from how it didn't fit, glass panels the wrong size, canceling start dates etc etc etc.
I fought with them for months to resolve the issues and in the end I had to take them to court, they did offer to correct, but I would not let them near my property again...So they paid compensation. Customer service is non existent, I was told on numerous occasions people from the MD down would contact me and then never did- you have been warned
